(Un)Install Information

How do I install?

Navigate to the download button or link. At this point the InstallIQ will take you through the download and automatically download the product to your computer.

How do I uninstall?

To un-install please follow these instructions:

Windows XP Users

  • From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
  • Open the Add/Remove Programs Window
  • A list will populate with all the software installed
  • Locate the product you wish to un-install from the list
  • Click Change/Remove
  • The product should uninstall

Windows Vista Users

  • From the Start Menu, open the Control Panel
  • Under the Programs heading, click Un-Install software
  • Locate the product you wish to un-install from the list
  • Click Un-Install
  • the product should un-install
