How It Works:

MPlayer installs to your Start menu and your desktop.

  • MPlayer opens two windows, one in which you can view videos and the other of which is the actual control panel.
  • On the Control Panel, you can play, pause, stop, fast forward, rewind, and skip the video or audio file you are playing.
  • You can adjust the volume with a slider and also adjust whether the audio plays more in the right or left speaker of your computer.
  • You can access the MPlayer playlist by clicking on the PL button on the control panel. From there, you can play files, change their order in the playlist, remove them, load new files (from your computer), and save it.
  • You can also change the settings for MPlayer from the Control Panel, as well as view the name of the file being played and close out of the program.
